My Story begun back in 1997, Not really knowing much about the hire industry, I thought I would “ Give it a go”. After realizing how diverse the range of people and products were, job satisfaction quickly followed and I was hooked up to the heights of the hire industry.
After several years in the general hire sector, my key interest was drawn towards access machinery ( E.W.P’S). As I spent more time in and around EWPS the idea of starting my own Access hire business someday was crafting itself into my mind, 2012 arrived and Auckland Access Hire begun trading with a modest range of access machinery.
Fast forward to 2021 and Auckland Access Hire is in its 9th year of business and has a vast range of modern equipment with all the latest safety features, options to suit both the domestic and commercial sectors of Auckland.
Back in 2012 just as Daniel had started his business, I was in my final year of high school. Walking past with my school bag one day I stopped and had a chat with Dan, having recently launched his business he mentioned he was looking into building a website which tied in perfectly with my year 13 digital technology project.
Once I left school I got my first look into the hire industry, While kayaks are on a different level to EWPS ( literally ), I thoroughly enjoyed having the fast pace of the rental industry. On a daily basis I had the opportunity to communicate with a vast array of people while thinking on my feet. After 8 years around the water 2020 arrived and I decided to change the boat shoes for steel caps, wanting to aim for new heights Daniel and Auckland Access were able to elevate me back into the Hire industry
